“We signed up Thomas as our property manager at the beginning of this past summer. We quickly realized that we cannot function without his services. They say it “takes a village”, well, Thomas arrived with “his village”. He provided a cleaning crew that far exceeded our expectation, their professionalism is a true testament to Thomas’ team. We have seeked Thomas’ help with seasonal opening and closing of our house. Thomas did this task in a timely manner and even completed jobs that weren’t on our to do list. When emergencies occurred, like a broken septic system, Thomas not only got a company to our house immediately, but, followed up on the completion. He is now overseeing our vendors for our boats, snowmobiles, snow removal, pest control, etc. By taking control of these and many other tasks, he truly has given us a gift of enjoying our house during our visits.” DF
