PROPERTY WATCH AND SECURITY SERVICES
Lake Life Living is listed as the primary contact for our clients' alarm systems. We promptly respond to all alerts such as water leaks, break-in alarms, and temperature concerns. This allows for immediate action from us to ensure your property remains unharmed.
PROPERTY
MAINTENANCE
Lake Life Living manages and the entirety of a property. We perform regular checks at all properties and maintain a list of action items. These items are reviewed regularly with clients along with their wishlists.
DOCK MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Lake Life Living installs and repairs all dock types and lifts including aluminum crank out docks and sectional wooden framed docks. Services are completed routinely in the spring and in the fall to prepare for the upcoming season. We also maintain bubblers to protect docks throughout the winter months.
SUBCONTRACTOR COORDINATION
Lake Life Living arranges for all property services including plumbers, electricians, spa services, cleaners, tree experts, etc. and meets the subcontractors on location. This eases the burden to the homeowner and allows them to have one direct line of communication. It also ensures the protection of your property while being serviced.
CONTRACTING & HANDYMAN SERVICES
Lake Life Living is enormously capable and can handle issues including home repairs, finish carpentry, decking/dock work, and home improvement projects. Clients can trust in our abilities to service their house and feel comfort knowing that if we cannot do something that we have a large number of local connections who can.
ISLAND PROPERTIES
Lake Life Living is fully equipped for your island property needs regardless of whether the lake is boat friendly or frozen over. We service numerous island properties and have extensive knowledge of the needs specific to island properties. Our boat is capable of hauling large items to and from island properties as needed.
